Slightly Shady SEO | Blackhat is Back, Baby.

Ok kids, as promised. Here’s the first, and probably most basic blackhat technique in existance. And it’s 100% Legal
Alright, so this method, if applied at all, has to be applied carefully for whitehat sites, and blackhat sites alike. While it is probably THE premier blackhat technique out there today, it’s definitely not my favorite. The effectiveness though, cannot be questioned. Keep in mind, it’s not my fault if you spam all shit forums, and the site get’s penalized. The software has a BUILT-IN pagerank checker for spammed links, so USE it. Follow the rest of the directions, and you should be fine.

Before anything, I will answer the almighty question.
Will my site get banned for this?
No. Otherwise, everyone would just link spam their competitors link everywhere. You are however, subject to the normal rules of Google’s engine. Make sure you dont have 100,000 links overnight, then 0 new ones the next day(although it will take google a bit to find it). One thing to note, this will DEFINITELY get you bad will from a lot of places. However, if done properly, it will provide clean traffic, especially if you have the link go to a landing page with content, then from there have your affiliate link, rather than going straight to the affiliate. And no, your affiliate will not be penalized. If stuff does go badly though, it’s not my fault. Oh yeah, and NEVER directly spam an adsense site. What you CAN do, is link spam a site that links to your adsense site. That actually works quite well, and I don’t believe you have to worry about a ban. Otherwise, once again, everyone would link spammer to their competitor’s pages.

XRumer is THE premier link spamming software out there right now(costing $450), and it just so happens they released a new version in the past week! Ok, so the basic concept of it, is it gathers together blogs, message boards, guestbooks, and pretty much anything else that you can put input into via it’s (free) add-on Hrefer. Then it registers itself an account, verifying the account by itself(for e-mail activations). It also automatically solves over 700 different kinds of CAPTCHAs(those obnoxious images you need to enter to register anywhere nowadays), including, with the new update, the ones that ask you to solve a math problem. After having registered the account, it allows you to specify a message (that mutates, changing between whatever words you decide), and wherever you choose, inserts links from your website. Yeah. Easy backlinks. Really really fucking fast. The first site I tested XRumer with back in the day ended up landing me about 8000 backlinks inside of 20 days (the only backlinks I counted had to stick without being edited for at least 2 weeks). It works on literally MILLIONS of forums, including, but not limited to, PHPBB, Yabb, mboard, and god, pretty much anything else. It doesn’t actually attempt to recognize the forums, instead using a built-in AI engine to learn the different field names, and figure out which input allowed them to pass inspection(it has a start point of 500 stored form values and equivalents). So that software you coded in 20 minutes before lunch? Yeah, it could drop links in it. Image galleries, comment forms, the possibilities are absolutely endless. All with almost no work. Beyond that, it detects if your IP is banned on a forum, and if it is found to be, switches to a proxy in it’s built-in database to try and post.
Oh yeah, and did I mention it supports both SOCKS4/5 proxies, and HTTP proxies? And they GIVE you a constantly updating list of them as well.

The Review
I’m currently testing the beta(for this review, of course), and have to see, it’s a ridiculous impressive. The interface and options are very much cleaner than the previous versions. Also long gone is the 250mb+ memory usage that happened if you ran at over 50 threads. Actually, my test is running at 163MB, and I’m using 180 Threads. As far as actual speed goes, you can adjust the manual timeouts to get awesome speed, but for now I’m just letting it sit at 10 second GET timeout, and a 100 second POST timeout. Bear in mind, for this test, I’m not actually link spamming, I’m just signing up for accounts at the various messageboards, which is a pretty decent way to tell how fast/efficient the new version is. Thus far, it’s landed me about 1500 successful registrations(remember, my link is specified in the profile, so I may actually get some backlinks from it), in about 15 minutes. So 100+ proper registrations per minute. Also, once the registration has completed, it runs much faster, since it doesn’t have to wait for confirmation e-mails and whatnot. Also, there are fewer page loads needed to post. Normally, with accounts already made, and no proxies, it can drop 100,000 links over night.

I wish I could review the new HREFER software, but I have not been blessed with the beta. I will say a few words about the old one though, to give you the idea. HRefer is what XRumer uses to gather up the links to post to. It supports proxies, and is capable of searching Yahoo, Msn, Yandex, Google, and Altavista for whatever it is that you desire. It also has “templates” for the common message boards/guestbooks/blogs that allows it to tell if a given link actually IS the expected software. It’s ridiculously easy to gather a list of 50,000+ postable forums in a day or two.

How to Use This Effectively for Your SEO
As tempting as it is, if you want any kind of longevity, do NOT run out and drop 100k links overnight. Start slow, build up. Keep it at a pace you can keep up for a bit. Then slowly let off the links, until it’s eventually back down. Screw organic link growth, what you really need to do is emulate viral link growth.
Keep in mind though, that links will be discovered by Google with a delay. So plan ahead. Also realize that MOST links will disappear before they’re indexed. However, a LOT will also stick.
When writing your spam message, use your wit. Make people not SEE the link. Or paste an innocent looking, related article, with a link or two in there.
You are not link spamming for messageboard traffic. You want search engine rankings.
